RETURNS

We offer free returns on your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. Just email us along with your order number to hello@lilytracy.com

Note: Returns only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise with the hang tag still attached and if received before that 14 day window.

We don’t operate standard exchanges at this moment. If you want to order an item in a different size or color, just place a new order in our online shop.

How long does a return take to process?

Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.

DAMAGES

If you are worried that an item you received may be damaged or defective, please email hello@lilytracy.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you.
